All new customers must fill out
an application form for new services. For new tenants, MACM requires a copy of the customer's
lease agreement, complete with owner's contact information, and two forms of
identification. For homeowners, MACM requires two forms of
identification as well as any additional contact information that may be needed.
New customers must sign up for their water service with the
Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County, your water provider. MAWC will
forward account information and consumption reports to us so that we may begin billing you for
sewage.
