Effective February 1, 2011
The Municipal Authority of the City of McKeesport will only bill the owners
of the properties and will no longer bill the tenants who may reside there.
For an additional fee of $1.00 per month a copy of the bill can be sent to the
tenants; however the property owners will ultimately be held responsible for the
payment of the sewage bills. This change is being made to provide a more
efficient and effective manner of collecting the sewage bills.
