Question: I have a
complaint about odor?
Answer: Contact the Authority with your complaint and we will do
everything we can to solve the problem at hand. We do work around the clock at
preventing odors from the plant, but sometimes they do occur. If you would like,
please provide your contact information to whomever you speak to at the
Authority.
Question: I have a question about my water/sewer bill?
Answer:
If you have a question about your sewage bill, please
contact our billing department at (412) 673-0850. They are available Monday
through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
** Please note that the Authority does not handle water bills; the Municipal
Authority of Westmoreland County is your water provider. If you have a question
about your water bill, you can find their contact information by visiting their
website here.
